BlindsFactory.ca offers a wide range of window coverings, including blinds, shades, and curtains. Please note:
- Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
- Custom-made or made-to-measure items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Availability of products is subject to stock levels.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and e-transfers.
- Pricing errors, if any, will be corrected, and orders may be adjusted accordingly.
- Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
- Products that arrive damaged or defective can be repaired or replaced. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Lifetime Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in fabric and other components of the blinds, excluding motors, electrical devices, or components. Damages caused by customers, improper use, or external factors are not covered. Customers may be charged for repair or replacement services in such cases.

- Motorized Products and Components: Motors, solar panels, and remote controls are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase. Batteries and transformers are not covered. Reprogramming or adjustments are customer responsibilities.
- Discontinued Items: If any components or fabric colors have been discontinued, we will offer an alternative solution of similar value for the same window size and placement.
- Repairs and replacements are made with like or similar parts or products.
- Customers are responsible for transportation (labour) fees for service calls and all other costs associated with repairs. If the issue is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of the component but not transportation or labour fees.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by improper installation, extraordinary use, exposure to sunlight, excessive heat sources, improper cleaning, pests, accidents, or misuse.
- Costs for product removal, reinstallation, shipping, or handling beyond the initial warranty period.
- Normal wear and tear, static electricity, or discoloration due to environmental conditions.
- Exposure to elements such as sun, wind, water, or moisture that results in fading or discoloration over time.
Shipping and Service Costs: Shipping costs for warranty-related repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility. Installation services are not covered after one year. Customers may handle repairs themselves with our guidance or opt for professional service at an additional charge.
